This guide will show you how to create and customize services in your salonMonster account.
🪜 Follow These Steps

From the Menu ☰, select Settings.

Select Services.

(Optional) Create a new Category by tapping + New Category, giving it a name (e.g., “Haircuts”), and selecting Save.

Tap + New Service to create a service.

Enter a Service Name (e.g., “New Haircut”).

Add a Description (optional but recommended).

Decide how prices display:

Show a fixed price (e.g., “$75.00”), or
-
Show “Starting at” if the price may vary.

Assign which staff can provide the service.
-
If only you provide it, toggle the option for yourself.

If you have multiple staff, you can set different prices and durations for each.

Set the Service Duration:

Use a simple duration (e.g., 60 minutes), or

Use a split appointment (bookback) with 3 parts:

Start Duration (e.g., applying color)

Processing Duration (time available for other bookings)

Finishing Duration (e.g., rinsing and cutting)

Assign the service to a Category.

Select Save.
✅ After saving, your new service will appear under its category (e.g., “Haircuts”) and will be ready to book.
