👥 Adjusting Staff Permissions

You can adjust whether staff can see all clients, edit their own settings, view calendars, reports, and more.


🪜 Follow These Steps

  1. From the Menu ☰ select Settings.

  2. Select Staff.

  3. Select the staff member you want to adjust.

  4. Click the Permissions tab at the top of the page.

  5. Toggle on/off the permissions you want to change.

  6. Select Save once you’re happy with the settings.


✅ Permission Types

  • Active staff

    Count toward your total number of staff and can log in. Set staff to inactive for long leaves (e.g., maternity, 6+ months away). Inactive staff do not appear in the booking system.

  • Administrators

    Full access to all settings, clients, calendars, and staff.

  • Scheduling staff

    Provide services and appear on the booking calendar.

    • Non-scheduling staff (reception, bookkeepers, etc.) do not count toward your paid staff total.
  • Can edit their own settings

    Allows staff to customize their own services and booking settings. Turn off if you want to manage centrally.

  • Can view all clients of the salon

    If on, staff can view all clients. If off, they can only book with their own clients.

  • Can view all staff calendars

    If on, staff see all calendars. If off, they only see their personal calendar.

  • Can view their reports

    Lets staff view their own reports. Administrators automatically see all salon reports. If off, the staff member cannot view reports.
