If you’re not receiving salonMonster push notifications on your iPhone or iPad using the app, they may be turned off in your device settings.

Open your device’s Settings app.

Tap Notifications.

Scroll down and tap salonMonster from the list of installed apps.

Turn on Allow Notifications — the switch should be green when enabled.
Once enabled, try booking yourself a test appointment through your online booking page — you should see a push notification appear shortly after.
If you don’t, try uninstalling and reinstalling the salonMonster app. When prompted, tap Allow to enable notifications.
