Gift cards are a great way to boost sales and make it easy for your clients to share your services with friends or family. Here’s how to sell one in salonMonster.
✨ Option 1: Sell a Gift Card During Appointment Checkout

Open the appointment you’d like to check out.

Select Checkout.

Click + Gift Card.

Choose the type of gift card:
• Physical Card — for printed gift cards
• E-Gift Card — for digital delivery

If selecting a Physical Card:
• Enter the Card Number (e.g., 20)
• Enter the Value (e.g., $100)
• Click Add to Sale

Complete the payment using your preferred method.
✅ The gift card is now included in the sale and ready to use.
✨ Option 2: Sell a Gift Card via the Sales Tab

Go to Sales from the Menu ☰.

Select New Sale.

Choose the client type — for example, Walk-In.

Select Add Gift Card.

Choose E-Gift Card.

Pick a design and enter the Value.

Enter the Recipient’s Email and Name.

Click Add to Sale and complete the payment with your preferred method.
✅ Once complete, the e-gift card will be emailed directly to the recipient.
