📧 Exporting Your Client Email Addresses

It’s easy to export your client email list from salonMonster. Once exported, you can open it in a spreadsheet program or add it to your favorite address book application. ✨ Here’s How 1. From the Menu ☰ select Clients. 2. In the top-right corner, click the three dots ⋮ . 3. From the list of options, select Export emails to CSV (You can also export the complete client list or export to Mailchimp). 4. A .CSV file will download to your computer. 5. Open the file in Excel, Numbers, or another spreadsheet program. 6. ✉️ Turning On or Off Your Copy of Email Reminders

You can easily control whether you receive a copy of the email reminders sent to your clients. ✨ Here’s How 1. Go to ☰ Menu → Settings → Your Settings → Booking Settings. 2. On the right side of your screen, scroll until you see the box labeled “Send you a copy of client email reminders.” 3. Check the box if you’d like to receive copies of client reminders, or uncheck it to stop receiving them. 4. Tap Save in the top-right corner to apply your changes. ✅ Tip: You can return to your Booking Settings anytime to turn this option on or off again.

📣 Sending a Bulk Email Marketing Message

You can send marketing updates or announcements to all your clients — or just a specific group — directly through salonMonster’s Marketing section. ✨ Here’s How 1. Open the Marketing Page From the ☰ Menu, select Marketing to open the email composer. 2. Select Your Audience If you have multiple team members, you can choose to email: • Clients of all team members, or • Clients of one specific team member. Next, choose who to include: • All clients • Clients whose appointment is between certain dates • Clients who spent over a set amount • Clients whose birthday falls within specific dates • Clients who received a specific service After selecting your criteria, salonMonster will display how many clients will receive your email. Click that number to view or exclude clients if needed. 3. Write Your Email • Enter your subject line in the Email Subject field. • Type your message in the main text box. • Use the toolbar to add formatting, links, or photos to make your email more engaging. 4. Send a Preview (Optional) Click Send me a preview to send a test email to yourself and confirm the formatting looks good. 5. Send It Out Once you’re happy with your email, click Send It to deliver it to your selected recipients. ✅ Tip: Sending a preview helps you confirm layout, images, and links before your message goes to clients.

📎 Attaching an Image to a Marketing/Bulk Email

You can easily add images to your marketing emails in salonMonster to make them more engaging and professional. ✨ Here’s How 1. Open the Marketing Section From the ☰ Menu, select Marketing on the left-hand side. 2. Choose Recipients Select which clients you’d like to send your email to — specific clients, staff clients, or filtered lists. You can click the total number of recipients (e.g., 218 clients) to review and deselect any you don’t wish to include. 3. Compose Your Email Add a subject line (for example: “New Kevin Murphy Products in Store”) and write your message in the main text area. You can adjust formatting — such as centering or adding spacing — to improve readability. 4. Insert an Image Click the Add Image icon 🖼️ option and select a file from your computer. Once inserted, you can preview how the image appears in your message. 5. Preview and Send Before sending, use Preview to send yourself a test email. If everything looks right, go ahead and send it to your chosen recipients. ✅ Tip: Sending yourself a test email helps confirm that images display properly across all devices.
