🔄 Moving from MindBody to salonMonster

📅 Export your Appointments from MindBody

1. Click Reports (top-right tabs).

2. In the left tabs, click Staff.

3. Choose Schedule at a glance.

4. Section 1: Set a date range that covers all of your bookings — include an end date in the future to capture upcoming appointments.

5. Sections 2 & 3: Leave as-is.

6. Section 4: Click Export to Excel.

7. After downloading, email the Excel file to support@salonmonster.com.

✅ Tip: If you have multiple locations or filters applied, clear them so the export includes everything you need.

👥 Export your Client List from MindBody

1. Click Reports (top-right tabs).

2. In the left tabs, click Clients.

3. Choose Mailing lists.

4. In the options, select:

   • Email list

   • List clients: All clients

   • Client’s opt-in status: All clients

5. Next to Generate, click the XLS button.

6. After downloading, email the Excel file to support@salonmonster.com.

Once we receive your files, we’ll import your appointments and clients into salonMonster and let you know when everything’s ready.
