👥 Export Your Clients from Timely

Click the Reports tab (main menu).

Choose Client overview.

Click Edit columns and select:
First name
Last name
Mobile
Phone
Email address
Company
Address 1
Address 2
Suburb / City / State / Postcode
Date of birth

Click Export → Export CSV.
💡 Tip: Include as many contact fields as possible so we can match clients cleanly to their appointments.
📅 Export Your Bookings from Timely

Click the Reports tab.

Select Appointment schedule.

Set Date range to All time (or pick a range).
- We recommend All time for a complete client history.

Click View report.

After it loads, click Download → CSV.
📤 Send Your Files

Email your exports to support@salonmonster.com, or
-
Send them via the in-app messenger.
We’ll import your data and let you know when everything is ready.
✅ That’s it! Once we receive your Timely exports, we’ll migrate your clients, bookings, and products into salonMonster and confirm when your account is fully populated.
