🔄 Moving from Zenoti to salonMonster

We can import your clients, bookings, and products from Zenoti so you don’t have to start from scratch. This guide shows how to export your data and send it to us — we’ll handle the rest. 🪄


👥 Export Your Clients

  1. Open Zenoti.

  2. Go to Guests → Manage Guests.

  3. Click the Export to CSV icon.

  4. Email the file to support@salonmonster.com.

  1. Open Zenoti.

  2. Go to Reports and search for Appointments.

  3. Open the report and click the Export to CSV icon.

  4. Email the file to support@salonmonster.com.


đź§´ Export Your Products

  1. Open Zenoti.

  2. Go to Reports and search for Current Stock.

  3. Open the report and click the Export to CSV icon.

  4. Email the file to support@salonmonster.com.


📤 Send Your Files

You can also send your exports via the in-app messenger if that’s easier. We’ll import your data and confirm when everything’s ready.


✅ That’s it! Once we receive your Zenoti exports, we’ll migrate your clients, bookings, and products into salonMonster and let you know when your account is fully populated.
