🔄 Moving from Booker to salonMonster

We can import your clients from Booker so you don’t have to start from scratch. Follow the steps below to export your customer list and send it to us — we’ll handle the rest. 🪄

👥 Export Your Clients (Booker)

1. Go to the Customers tab.

2. Select Manage Customers from the next set of tabs.

3. Click View All Customers.

4. In the left sidebar, click Export to a .CSV file.

5. Click OK to confirm.

6. Go to the Customer Exports section and click the first link (with today’s date) to download the file.

📤 Send Your File

• Email the exported file to support@salonmonster.com, or

• Send it via the in-app messenger.

We’ll import your client data and confirm when everything’s ready.

✅ That’s it! Once we receive your Booker export, we’ll migrate your client details into salonMonster and let you know when your account is fully populated.
