📤 Export Your Data (Goldie)

Open Goldie and log into your account.

Go to the Menu (☰) and select Account.

Click Export data.

Goldie will email you your exported data (usually within 15 minutes, depending on the amount).
📤 Send Your Files

Email the data files you receive from Goldie to support@salonmonster.com, or
-
Send them via the in-app messenger.
We’ll import your data and confirm when everything’s ready.
✅ That’s it! Once we receive your Goldie export, we’ll migrate your clients, appointments, services, and account data into salonMonster and let you know when your account is fully populated.
