🕒 Allowing Clients to Add Themselves to Your Waitlist

You can let clients add themselves to your waitlist when no appointment times are available.

✨ Here’s How

  1. Open the Menu ☰ and select Settings.

  2. Go to Booking Settings.

  3. At the top of the page, choose the staff member whose settings you want to update.

  4. Scroll to the Wait List section.

  5. Turn on Allow clients to add themselves to a waiting list.

  6. Tap Save to apply your changes.

🧪 Testing the Client Wait List

  1. Visit your client booking page.

  2. Choose a staff member and select a service.

  3. Attempt to book a time on a day with no availability.

  4. You’ll now see an option for the client to Add to Waitlist.

  5. Clients can enter the date range and any details (like preferring weekends).

  6. After submitting, they’ll be added to your waitlist.

📋 Managing Waitlisted Clients

  1. Open the Menu ☰ and tap Wait List.

  2. View clients who have added themselves.

  3. When a spot becomes available, select a client and tap Book to move them onto your calendar.
